A Look At Our Timeline

1982

Hair Lounge began as two “sister” salons in Federal Way: Shear Dimensions and Brassfield’s.
1988
The two salons combined forces creating the Visions Team traveling and teaching on stage to hairdressers worldwide. In their first year the Visions Team took the award for “Best of Show” on the main stage, (70,000 hairdressers attending) in Los Angeles. Then as the first American hairdressers to tour the country of Korea, broadcast nationwide. The next two decades the Visions Team were desired and hired by major companies: Helene Curtis, Matrix, Graham Webb, Paul Mitchell, Bath and Body Works, Hairdreams, Movie sets, Television shows, Runway shows and more.
- They continued traveling worldwide performing hair shows as often as 40 weeks per year, reaching over 1 million hairdressers throughout the 80’s and 90’s and new millennium: Italy, New Zealand, China, Hong Kong, Guam, Korea, Japan, Bahamas, Australia, throughout Canada and the United States.
